 Hastines grows to a height of 4 1/2 feet to the flower head on stout plants that hold up well to wind and weather. The plants produce 14-16 large leaves from 11 to 15 inches in width and from 27 to 31 inches in length. Suckering is moderate and it reaches bloom in about 70 days..
